Super Store Delivery Policy

At Uniform Concepts, we aim to make the delivery of your uniforms as smooth and reliable as possible. Please take a moment to review our deliveries policy to understand how we manage shipping, delivery times, and related services.

In-store Pick Up

Please bring your order confirmation and photo identification when collecting.

Orders must be collected within 14 days of notification. Orders not collected within this period will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund issued back to your card.

Please be aware that online orders selected for in-store pickup are not ready immediately. A confirmation email or SMS will be issued once your order is available for collection.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and store closure dates.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available, your parcel may be redirected to your nearest collection point.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Uniform Concepts is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

On Site School Uniform Shops

Uniform Concepts partners with a number of schools across Western Australia to provide dedicated on-site uniform shops. These shops are stocked and operated by Uniform Concepts staff to ensure convenient access to your school’s approved uniforms.

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Uniform Concepts. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, holidays, or when our stores are closed.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. This is particularly common during the Back to School period in before and during the start of the school year.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days

Express Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Uniform Concepts ships to addresses within Australia, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within Australia. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Due to the nature of our business supplying Uniforms to Australian school students, faculty and departments, we do not ship to international address for the security and protection of our customers.

3. DAMAGES

Uniform Concepts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

4. MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with your neighbours or building management to see if they accepted the package on your behalf.
  • Verify your shipping address for any errors.
  • Contact the shipping carrier to inquire about the delivery.

If you are unable to locate the package, contact us for further assistance.
